The Earth’s chakras are energy vortexes located at different places on the planet.
They have been recognized and honored for thousands of years by many cultures - Hindu, Buddhism, Egyptian Kings and Queens - as sacred places with a unique spiritual energy and power.
They are considered to be portals of connections with the Sacred Geometry of the Universe.
In this exploratory journey, we will get to know the 7 portals of Mother Earth in a deeper way.
Since Pachamama is our biggest mirror, a pathway to Great Spirit and we are a reflection of her majesty, knowing her is knowing ourselves better.

where we will dive into a deep inner work with each Chakra. We will use a combination of breathwork, meditation, integration and live music.
Just like a river that gets back to its natural path, we will get to know, unblock and put our energy into alignment with the natural energy flow of the Earth during this 7-week journey.
Root Chakra ~
Mt. Shasta, Northern California
This Chakra is the base. The support center. The foundation. It's the connection with Pachamama. Geographically located on the majestic (and the still active volcano) Mount Shasta in Northern California in the United States. It also has to do with vitality and our basic human needs, the desire to have food, clothing and shelter. It is represented by the color red.
Sacral Chakra~
Lake Titicaca, Peru | Bolivia
This Chakra is in charge of the connection with life. It is believed to regulate all species on Earth and their evolutionary processes. Geographically located at Lake Titicaca Between Peru & Bolivia, it also controls the emotions, creativity, and ability to enjoy and flow in life just like the river does. It gives us the feeling of joy and the capability of producing our greatest gifts. It is represented by the color orange.
Solar Plexus ~
Uluru & Kata Tjuta Rock, Australia
This Chakra is the house of the soul. It is responsible for maintaining life all around the globe. It somehow acts as the umbilical cord of the planet to the universe. Geographically located at Uluru in Australia. It is related to manifestation, wisdom, inner power, confidence, trust, integrity and having a higher purpose. It is where all the trust and confidence in the path of life resides. This is where we manifest physically from this reality. It is represented by the color yellow.
Heart ~
Glastonbury, England
This Chakra is the center of the Earth, pumping love to all the directions and to every single living being on earth. Geographically located between Glastonbury & Shaftesbury, England, it is the main point of love, connection and forgiveness with the Universe.
It is where all healing takes place. It is represented by the color green.
Throat ~
Pyramids of Giza, Egypt
It is in this chakra where we find the confidence to speak our truth. Geographically located between the Pyramid of Giza in Egypt and Mount Olives in Jerusalem, Israel, this is where we express our creativity without fear of judgement or even seeking or needing approval. It is represented by the color blue.
THIRD EYE ~
STONEHENGE, ENGLAND
This Chakra provides strong recognition and awareness, as well as, clear thinking and vision by bringing together rational knowledge and intuition. This is the only chakra which can shift locations on the Earth, supposedly due to the rotation of the Earth on its axis. Currently it is believed to be located in Glastonbury, England and probably going to move to Brazil. It is represented by the color dark blue or indigo.
Crown ~
Mt. Kailash, Himalayans of Tibet
This Chakra is also called the “roof of the world." The seventh chakra is where all the power and connection with the spirituality of the Universe is centered. Geographically located in Mount Kailash in the Himalayas of Tibet, it sits above the head, like a crown. It is our connection to higher guidance. It’s where the Earth is connected to the cosmos. It is represented by the color purple.
They have been cultivating a deep relationship with the sacred, master plants. traveling from the Andes to the Amazon, learning from teachers and masters from all walks of life and lineage.
Together, Cesar and Denise, bring a wealth of experience to their work, creating powerful and transformative spaces for healing and spiritual growth.

How it works and what it includes:
We will meet for 7 Sundays starting September 13th - October 25th from Noon-2pm Central for a live breathwork healing circle via Zoom.
Each call will be a ceremony / ritual. You will need to prepare as you would any sacred event with respect, reverence and awareness - and humor & light heartedness - this should also be fun!
Each week we will breath into the theme of the Chakra acknowledging shadows and pain, releasing with awareness and bringing harmony and balance to each energy center.
All music is sung live by me and my husband Cesar Eret. We sing medicine songs and the circle holds the vibration of a ceremony to facilitate multi-dimensional healing, using the breath as a gateway.
Meditations: We will send a midweek meditation that corresponds to the Earth Chakra we are working with that week.

Offerings: We will teach you about offerings. You are encouraged to create an offering to Mama Earth before each call. The sky is the limit as to what you can offer. It could be a plate full of food or sweets. It could be a flower, seed or leaf creation made on a plate or on the Earth. It could be a song, a painting or blessing. The more we offer and connect the deeper the relationship we will create.
Altar: We will also guide you on creating altars. You can also create an altar to each Earth Chakra as we work with them or add a picture or symbol of them to your current altar if you wish.
Call recordings: A replay will be sent to everyone so if you can’t attend you will receive the recording. The replay is just at potent as the live call.

WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Breathwork is an active meditation that uses the breath as a vehicle to release emotional debris out of the body and nervous system. It can help you find a haven within your body, open the heart and break patterns of depression, anxiety, fear, control and judgments. It is a self-healing practice that is an efficient and potent way to emotionally detox. There are many types of breathwork. This is an active meditation or pranayama breath for spiritual, physical, mental and emotional healing.
WHAT DOES A VIRTUAL BREATHWORK CIRCLE LOOK LIKE?
You will be laying on your back during the breathing portion. It is a 3 part breath all through the mouth. The first inhale goes to the low belly, the second inhale goes to the heart and then exhale everything through the mouth. This is repeated for up to 30 minutes. Cesar and I will sing medicine songs to create a multi-dimensional healing space. We will use affirmations and prompts guided by Spirit to help breathe light into the dark corners of your mind, body and heart. You are encouraged to laugh, yell and feel deeply in a safe and supported environment.
